Metis Service Delivery Framework Development Report, April 2012
This document is the work done by MCCF in the second year (the Development phase) of the four-year plan to research, develop, implement, and evaluate a Métis Service Delivery Framework for the province of British Columbia. It is the final draft and details a plan for the implementation of such a project. The plan was created based on multiple community and service provider engagements which are detailed within the report and includes 11 letters of support from various partners.

This report summarizes the work done in the initial Research phase of the four-year plan to research, develop, implement, and evaluate a Métis Service Delivery Framework for the province of British Columbia. This document includes a literature review on Métis child welfare practices and service delivery, a discussion of themes that emerged from the fall 2010 Regional Education and Consultation focus groups, and a conceptual model offering a Métis wheel of child and family wellness.
Provincial Métis Child and Family Services Framework, Joint Proposal, 2010
This joint proposal preceded Year One of the four-year initiative to research, develop, implement, and evaluate a provincial Métis Service Delivery Framework. It highlights key anticipated outcomes as well as specific deliverables to support the Year Two development phase. It provides a work plan that highlights capacity support and regional engagement sessions as well as calling attention to the importance of reporting back to stakeholders.
MCCF Agency Update and Successes, 2010
This document highlights recent successful steps that the Métis Commission has made. It also outlines the Four Year Research Project centered around the development of a Metis culturally inclusive and specific Service Delivery Plan.
