"Advancing transformative change for the well-being of Mtis children, youth and families"

MCCF Projects and Publications

The Mtis Commission for Children and Families of BC (MCCF) has undertaken numerous key projects in support of increasing and improvingMtis child welfare services and practices across the province. These pages highlight, and provide access to, various completed projects. As the legislated community for Mtis children and families throughout BC within child welfare, our work is based on interactive and inclusive participation with the community we are serving and those serving our community. Through community engagement and participation we are working to create holistic, and culturally appropriate and supportive services and programs for the Mtis community of BC. In an effort to increase and foster dialogue between Mtis community members, associations, and service providers as well as the provincial government, MCCF is fostering transparency within the province with access to project information and our work.
